Robert Pattinson Looked 'Sad' Between Posing for Photos at New York Stock Exchange Promoting 'Cosmopolis'

Robert Pattinson is dubbed as "looking better than ever" with his latest appearances post his ex-girlfriend's cheating scandal.

The 26-year-old British actor recently rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange Tuesday in New York City.

He kept himself under the radar ever since news broke out that Kristen Stewart cheated on him with "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders.

Through heartbreak and extreme emotions, Pattinson made his way to the "Cosmopolis" premiere in NYC. According to E! Online, he looked very handsome in a tailored blue Gucci suit and black tie while at the Museum of Modern Art. He also wore a dazzling smile.

The Daily Mail said that "it seems heartbreak suits Robert Pattinson."

"With his chiseled jaw, sharp suit and light tan, a slight smile playing around his eyes, Pattinson looked less teenage vampire and more fully fledged sex symbol," the Daily Mail said about the "Twilight" actor at the New York Stock Exchange. He was also there promoting "Cosmopolis." He is seen with direct David Cronenberg, posing for the cameras with smiles.

However, between photos, Pattinson wore a look of sadness.

"But his recent heartbreak obviously played on his mind, with sadness creeping onto his face as he stood quietly between the photo opportunities," according to the Daily Mail.

Pattinson recently made his first public appearance since the shocking cheating scandal on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart."

"What have you been up to?" Stewart asked with a smile, breaking the ice right from the start. Pattinson was clearly awkward.

"God, I thought we already prepared this. I had a joke prepared!"Pattinson insisted. "I was all set up and ready to go."

Stewart brought out Ben & Jerry's ice cream and gave one to Pattinson and insisted that they are "a couple of girls talking."

"Alright, tell me everything," Stewart said. Pattinson instead offered a joke, saying he might get fat with the ice cream.

Stewart then asked the British actor if everything was okay.

Later in the interview, Stewart said that ice cream got him over some bad break ups in the past.

"Listen, the last time I had a bad breakup, Ben and Jerry got me through some of the tougher times," the host shared. "So, I thought you and I could bond over this and talk about, 'Boy, you are better off. Kick her to the curb! Whatever!" The crowd burst out into laughter.

Pattinson has another appearance scheduled for a sit-down interview on ABC's "Good Morning America" on Wednesday, Aug.15. The appearance will be a live interview.
