BlackBerry's Z10 Vs LG Nexus 4: Which is the better Smartphone

As Blackberry launches its new Z10, the question on whether it's a better smartphone than LG Nexus 4 has started to make the rounds

BlackBerry's Z10 is already available in UK and can be purchased in Canada from February 5. However, the company has announced that its U.S launch has been pushed to March, the reason being U.S. carriers take longer to test the devices. Before the launch, here a comparison between the Z10 and LG Nexus 4 to see which is the better smartphone.

Display:

The Z10 has a 4.2 inch display with1280x768p resolution while the Nexus 4 has a 4.7 inch True HD IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 768.

Processor:

Both phones have a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon Krait processor but while for the Z10 it's a dual-core, the Nexus boasts of a quad-core CPU.

Camera:

Z10 has an 8.0 megapixel rear camera and a 2.0 megapixel front camera. The Nexus 4 has an 8megapixel rear camera with 1080p video capture and a 1.3 megapixel front camera with features including touch focus, geo-tagging, face detection and Photo Sphere.

RAM and storage capacity

BlackBerry's Z10 has a 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory and a microSD slot for expandable memory up to 32GB. LG Nexus 4 also has a 2GB RAM and comes with either a 8 or 16GB of internal storage which is non-expandable

Keypad

Z10 doesn't have the traditional QWERTY keyboard as it's a touchscreen model with word prediction feature, which predicts the word you may be trying to spell as you type each letter in. Unlike other smartphones, the Z10 predicts what the user wants to type to prevent typos.
