When "Fifty Shades of Grey" hit theaters last February, Variety mentioned that the film became Universal Pictures' most successful R-rated movie of all time. The film pleased many people while some book readers were disappointed in the big changes and the missing points.

To add up to the rapidly growing net worth of E.L. James' "Fifty Shades", the second film is now currently in pre-production. Here are some notable details from the book that the film simply cannot leave out:

Jack Hyde - The Most Anticipated Character

As the film is set to start production "sometime in the new year", as actress Dakota Johnson told Ellen in an interview, fans are in a frenzy trying to find out who is going to play the character Jack Hyde.

In the first book, Anna gets hired in a small publishing company by a man named Jack Hyde. However, Anna's boss never made it to the first movie. In the second and third book, this man is going to play a very important part in keeping the plot rolling.

Some reports claimed that "The Vampire Diaries" actor Ian Somerhalder and "Divergent" star Theo James are the popular choices for the role, at least, among fans. Producer Dana Brunetti told E! Online that the film is "nowhere near casting."

More Shades of Christian Grey to Be Revealed

When Anastasia leaves Christian, the breakup puts them both on misery. Christian becomes more determined to keep Ana and more willing to try a normal couple relationship, "regular vanilla relationship," as he called it.

In "Fifty Shades Darker", some of the mysteries clouding Christian Grey's character are unraveled. Throughout the book, the ghosts from his past and the reason behind his issues are coming to light. Hopefully, the film also brings light to his character.

Moreover, everybody knows Christian Grey didn't like to be touched, but, soon, he's going to change his mind.

The film is set for release on February 2017, starring Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele and Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey.

"Fifty Shades of Grey" director Sam Taylor-Johnson announced in March that she was quitting the franchise due to creative differences, US Magazine reports.

"Directing Fifty Shades of Grey has been an intense and incredible journey for which I am grateful," she said, as quoted in the article.

"While I will not be returning to direct the sequels, I wish nothing but success to whosoever takes on the exciting challenges of films two and three," she added.
