'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' Movie Cast: E. Roger Mitchell Will Play Chaff from District 11

Chaff is a part of the rebellion, and was only one of the few who knew about the plan to get Katniss out of the arena to District 13. He is described as 6 feet tall with dark skin and an arm that ends with a stump. He is also said as somewhat similar to Haymitch. His female district partner is Seeder.

Lionsgate recently announced that Alan Ritchson will play the role of Gloss, a former Career tribute from District 1.

The filmmakers also announced that Bruno Gunn will play the role of Brutus, and Meta Golding will play the role of Enobaria. Both tributes are from District 2.

Actress Lynn Cohen was cast to play Mags. Mags is the female tribute from District 4 during the 75th Hunger Games. She is an 80-year-old woman who volunteered in the place of Annie Cresta, becoming a tribute alongside Finnick Odair, and forms an alliance with Katniss and Peeta.

Recently, "Sucker Punch" actress Jena Malone was cast to play Johanna Mason, a female victor from District 7.

Lionsgate also announced that Philip Seymour Hoffman will play Plutarch Heavensbee. The Oscar winner reportedly said yes to the role of Heavensbee, who takes over as Head Gamemaker after the murder of Seneca Crane, which took place in the first "Hunger Games" film.

Actress Amanda Plummer has been cast in the role of Wiress. She was the one who pointed out the flaw in the invisible force fields in the Capitol and revealed that the arena was shaped and operated lick a clock. Her district partner is Beetee.

These actors will join Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss Everdeen), Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mellark),Liam Hemsworth (Gale Hawthorne), Elizabeth Banks (Effie Trinket), Lenny Kravitz (Cinna), and Woody Harrelson (Haymitch).

"Catching Fire" is set to release in theaters Nov. 22, 2013.
