Fans of "Bridgerton" are rallying behind a petition urging Netflix to reverse a significant storyline change introduced in the series' third season. The alteration involves the introduction of Michaela Stirling, a new character set to play a central role in a queer love story with Francesca Bridgerton. In Julia Quinn's original books, this character was named Michael, a man involved in a heterosexual relationship with Francesca following the death of John Stirling, the Earl of Kilmartin.
