The Television Academy announced the nominations for the 67^th Emmy Awards at the SilverScreen Theater in California, recognizing programs that aired from June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2015.

"This was truly a remarkable year in television," said Bruce Rosenblum, Television Academy Chairman and CEO. "From broadcast to cable to digital services, our industry is producing more quality television than ever before."

The ceremony was hosted by Bruce Rosenblum, Uzo Aduba, Emmy Award Winner for Netflix's "Orange is the New Black," and Cat Deeley, host of the "So You Think You Can Dance" show.

HBO's "Game of Thrones" lead the TV programs by garnering 24 nods. "American Horror Story: Freak Show" follows with 19 nominations.

Out of 567 nominations in categories and areas, HBO leads the race with 126 nominations. No other network follows closely. The next top network, ABC, comes with only 42 nominations.
